Returns and exchanges

 

The TheWorkshop in order to ensure a smooth and safe purchasing experience gives the customer the opportunity to return and replace the product with another of the same or different size if available.

 

  • All returnable items should be returned unworn, in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
  • The request for replacement of a product must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt by mail (form).
  • Once consultation with the relevant department is made we will enable the customer to choose another product from the page www.theworkshopshoes.com.

 

In this case the customer pays the cost of transporting. The return of the original product will be by a courier company which will select the TheWorkshop. Note that the above is true even if the customer is not charged with shipping costs in his/her initial purchase. Refunds need at most 10 business days to be processed. TheWorkshop is not responsible for extra charges your bank might charge you.

 

In all cases return of the product should be done with all its accompanying documents (eg retail receipt etc.) and the complete package.

 

 

Return of a product because of TheWorkshop error

 

In case a product is mistakenly sent, TheWorkshop is fully responsible for the replacement and the delivery of the right product to the customer, covering delivery costs in full, as long as the product is sent back in its original from/ factory condition. The replacement demand must be done within three (3) days from the mistaken delivery of the product and after previously contacting the company by e-mail.

 

In all cases return of the product should be done with all its accompanying documents (eg retail receipt etc.) and the complete package.
