Returns and exchanges


The TheWorkshop, in order to ensure a smooth and safe purchasing experience, offers free exchanges on all orders with 14 days of receipt of your order.


We offer full refunds on all orders if you are not happy with your order.


For online purchases, TheWorkshop will refund the purchase price of merchandise returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, original packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to the item.


All refunds are processed by TheWorkshop within 2 business days. During sale or peak times your refund could take up to 4 business days, and it may take longer to show on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.


Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of your order. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.


Return of a product because of TheWorkshop error


In case a product is mistakenly sent, TheWorkshop is fully responsible for the replacement and the delivery of the right product to the customer, covering delivery costs in full, as long as the product is sent back in its original condition. The replacement demand must be done within three (3) days from the mistaken delivery of the product and after previously contacting the company by e-mail.


In all cases return of the product should be done with all its accompanying documents (eg retail receipt etc.) and the complete package.
