Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive:
Greece: Delivery in 1 – 2 business days
Rest of Europe and Cyprus: Delivery in 1 to 3 business days
All other countries: Delivery in 2 to 4 business days
All orders are processed Monday through Saturday (Saturday only where the service is available and has been selected), excluding holidays.
For products that are available we need up to two (2) business days to prepare and send your order. For products that are available on back-order we need up to ten (10) business days to prepare and send your order.

For online purchases, TheWorkshop will refund the purchase price of merchandise returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, original packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to the item.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
